Eyrie Village Park
Currently under construction, Laurimar’s newest park will offer an extraordinary range of spaces to enjoy when it is completed later this year. Nearly one hectare in size and connected directly to the sports precinct, the Eyrie Village Park has been designed to impress, with a multi-sports court as well as ample space for anyone wanting to keep fit and healthy in the great outdoors. The superb BBQ areas are ideal for family get togethers, and feature both modern iconic shelters and and expansive views of Laurimar. Path Relocation Works
After 14 years of exceptionally dry conditions, the long drought has finally broken. The extreme rain events in 2010 revealed sections of the wetlands path network that were at risk of future water inundation when subjected to prolonged heavy rain.
To ensure the safety of residents and to keep pathways accessible we have decided to relocate those sections of the path network to higher ground. Work will begin in July and, weather permitting, will be completed in October. Click here... to view the areas under construction.
