Congratulations, you have completed the first step towards moving in to your dream home at Laurimar.
We aim to make the process of building your new home as simple as possible by providing you with the following steps.
Choose your dream home
- Lock in your builder of choice
- Discuss the Laurimar design guidelines with your builder
- Organise for your house to be sited on your block
- Speak to Lend Lease's on-site Laurimar Covenants manager about your home design and the ways you can maximise the attributes of your lot
- Meet with the Lend Lease Laurimar Covenants manager for a pre-assessment of your plan and façade
- Submit your Lend Lease-approved plans to council
Set up Telstra Velocity
- Advise your builder that your home needs to be smart wired to Telstra Velocity to gain access to all the benefits of greater internet connectivity and access all the leading services provided by Fibre to the Premise Technology
Settle on your land
- Prior to Settlement you will be notified by Lend Lease and your conveyancer when your plan of subdivision has registered (your land has become titled and is now ready to be settled in your name)
- Sign the transfer of title
- Sign your mortgage documents
- Finalise discussions with conveyancer/solicitor
- Organise settlement cheques
Settlement Day
- Your conveyancer/solicitor will attend settlement on your behalf
- Celebrate with your loved ones and receive your settlement gift from your friendly Lend Lease Sales Consultant
When your home is nearing completion:
- Arrange with a fencing contractor to organise boundary fencing
- For neighbours details contact the Lend Lease Laurimar Sales and Information Centre on 9717 7000
- Telstra Velocity – 30 days prior to moving into your home contact Telstra on 1800 008 994 to connect your chosen services
