Mandy is currently training hard on the bike and spending lots of hours in the gym to strengthen up her legs before the ride.
She is seeking the support of local residents and local business to assist her in raising funds for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, which is the only public hospital in Australia solely dedicated to fighting cancer.
