Laurimar understands that moving into a new community should be as easy and as trouble-free as possible. Whether you’re moving into the area to live or work, you’ll get a warm welcome from Lend Lease Laurimar.

To help you we have developed a Resident and Business Welcome Program that includes:

A dedicated Community Development Manager who welcomes new residents and businesses alike and works with the community to develop programs, activities and events tailored to meet their needs.
Regular Welcome and Information Nights for new residents to Laurimar. The nights also provide residents with an update on what is happening in their local community, gives new residents an opportunity to meet their new neighbours, and to receive a copy of the Laurimar Welcome Kit.
A special Welcome Kit given to all new residents contains a range of useful local information, including details on education facilities, community groups, emergency services, transport services and recreation facilities in and around Laurimar.
A GreenPass discount card that provides access to wholesale plants and garden products; and a range of special introductory offers and discounts from local businesses.
A housewarming gift from Lend Lease.

While the Business Welcome Program provides information on other Laurimar based businesses, local business events, Business networking and Chamber of Commerce groups and other services available to businesses in Laurimar.
