is a free small business advisory service to assist local businesses in the City of Whittlesea.
These confidential one hour one-on-one sessions with a business mentor are designed to
support you with business planning and growth, identify changes in and to your business,
assist you to solve business problems and improve overall business performance.
The mentoring sessions are held on the first and third Thursday of every month
(except January).

Coffee + Connect – Networking Series
At the City of Whittlesea we understand that networking is an important business building tool
in today’s competitive environment. This event will offer participants a 90 minute session
to promote themselves, their business and products or services they provide. Unique to our
events is the ‘Post Event Networking Register’ that is circulated to the attending group. The
like-minded individuals with whom you make connections can become valuable resources for
your future business growth.

Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF)
The aim of the workshop is to provide you with information to help you manage your own fund
and highlight the importance of getting it right. Topics include reporting and administrative
obligations, lodgement of annual return and record keeping requirements, your obligations as a
trustee when running a self-managed super fund and much more. This workshop is delivered
by the Australian Taxation Office.
